Saint John the Baptist Church in Rozdrażew is a Roman Catholic parish church in the former town of Rozdrażew, in Rozdrażew municipality, Krotoszyn county, Greater Poland province. It belongs to the Koźmin deanery. It is located on Pleszewska Street.
It is a late Renaissance building built around 1640. It was founded by bishop Hieronim Rozdrażewski and his brothers, Jan and Jakub. In the years 1896-1897 the church was extended during the tenure of the then parish priest, Father Beisert. Financial resources came from parishioners and the Duke of Thurn und Taxis. The church has Gothic features and a Baroque interior. Above the main altar, which already existed during the consecration in 1644, there are paintings depicting the Baptism of Jesus and the Holy Family. The other altars: of Our Lady and St. Joseph in the transept and St. Anne, St. Cross and St. Benno in the main nave, come from the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries. Renovations of the church were done in 1965-1966, 1969, 1978, 1991-1995.
