Saint Nicholas the Bishop and Good Shepherd Church in Ślesin is a Roman Catholic parish church in the town of Ślesin. It is located at Kościelna Street.
It was built between 1907-1910 in Neo-Gothic style on the site of an older Gothic church from 1604, consecrated in 1910. The church has a single nave with a chancel, tower and two chapels. It has a gable roof. Of the older equipment there is a late Baroque painting of St. Nicholas the Bishop from the late eighteenth century, located in the side altar. The main altar, pulpit and lighting come from 1995. In 1997, a new polychrome and gilding of side altars and chapels was made. The stained glass windows were installed in 1999.
