St. Nicholas Church in Ostrzeszów is a Roman Catholic branch church belonging to the Ostrzeszów parish of Blessed Virgin Mary of the Assumption. It is located in Ostrzeszow, in Greater Poland Province. It belongs to the Ostrzeszów deanery of the Diocese of Kalisz.

It is a wooden church from 1758, covered with a shingle roof. Inside there is a semi-folk polychromy from the eighteenth century, on the chancel wall there are images of evangelists among plant decorations. Several late Gothic sculptures. The painting of the Crucifixion with the figures of the founders in the Polish attire from the 16th-17th centuries and the painting of the Madonna and Child surrounded by musical angels from about the middle of the 17th century.
