Mineralogical Museum in Szklarska Poreba - a private museum based in Szklarska Poreba. The institution is a project of the Sokołowski family, which also owns the Stone Museum in Kamień Pomorski.
The museum was established in 1993. In its exhibition, there are fossils of dinosaurs and other fossil animals, as well as "Carboniferous forest" - fossil Dadoxylon tree trunks and stromatolites. The rich collection of minerals and rocks includes, among others, calcites and stalactites from Wojcieszów, metal ores from Trepcza and Cavnik, specimens from the Karkonosze and the Jizera Mountains, as well as the Gibeon meteorite.
The museum is a year-round facility, open daily. There is an admission fee
