Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Piaski is a Roman Catholic parish church in the former town of Piaski, in the municipality of Piaski, in Gostynin county, in Greater Poland province. It is located on Dworcowa street. It belongs to the Gostynin deanery.
The church was built between 1775 and 1782 as a Calvinist church. It is a hall church with a polygonal chancel and a square tower on the western side. The building has a half-timbered construction, filled with clay and bricks. There are empires of two stories around the nave.
