Museum of Torzymski Land in Ośnie Lubuskie - a museum with its seat in Ośnie Lubuskie. The museum is a municipal organizational unit, and its seat is in the Ośnieńskie town hall.
The museum was established in 2002 in the rooms previously occupied by the police station. It was created with the idea of gathering in one place exhibits and memorabilia related to the history of the Torzym area. Part of the collection was acquired from private collectors and local residents.
The museum exhibition includes exhibits covering the history of the city and the Torzym area since prehistory. In its collections there is, among others, a collection of ceramics, starting from the Bronze Age and ending in the 2nd-3rd century. Moreover, there are exhibited numerous graphics, old objects of everyday use, militaria and a model of the city from the 12th-14th century. Information about famous citizens of the town is also presented, among others, Oskar Dörfler - the inventor of the ballerina.
The museum is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
