Square of the 72nd Infantry Regiment in Radom - one of the main city squares in Radom, in the quarter of Jacek Malczewski Street, Stanislaw Werner Street, Koszarowa Street and uli. Warzywna Street.
The former barracks area of the Russian partitioned army, after regaining independence in 1918 - the area of the barracks of the 72nd Dionizy Czachowski Infantry Regiment.
In the middle of the square stands the Mausoleum of Colonel Dionysius Czachowski, whose original location was the square in front of the church of the Bernardine Fathers. On the four walls of the monument the names of the towns related to the battles fought by the colonel are placed. It is a place of anniversary ceremonies organized by the city authorities.
On the section of Malczewskiego Street, directly adjacent to the Square of the 72nd Infantry Regiment, there is a public transportation stop, including the bus line no. 9.
A part of the square is also occupied by a green square.
In the immediate vicinity of the square are the "Korej" Market Hall and the former city turnpike, where artistic works of students of the Kazimierz Pulaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom are exhibited.
