City Hall, Skoczów

Skoczów Town Hall - historic town hall located in the western frontage of the Skoczów Market Square. Built in 1797 in the late baroque style, the tower was added in 1801. On the second floor, on the sides of the entrance to the balcony there are two medallions with relief coats of arms of Skoczów and Prince Albert Casimir of Cieszyn and the date 1797. At the base of the tower in the front there is an image of St. John Sarkander in an oval, profiled frame. In the building adjacent to the town hall, at number 2, there is the John Sarkander Museum in Skoczów.
Skoczów town hall was entered in the register of historic monuments on 29 January 1953.
