Rezerwat Skorocice

Skorocice Nature Reserve - a steppe reserve within the Nadnidziański Landscape Park in the municipality of Wiślica, County of Busko, Świętokrzyskie Province.
Area: 7.15 ha, Year of establishment: 1960, Establishment document: Ord. MLiPD of 21.01.1960; MP. 17/1960, item 85, WKP registration no.: 024, Nature of reserve: partial, Object of protection: a gorge eroded in tertiary gypsum with steep, picturesque walls and very interesting karst forms in the form of caves, natural corridors, rock bridges, craters and sinkholes; moreover, natural stands of steppe vegetation and entomofauna
There are 26 caves in the reserve, including Skorocice Cave, Skorocice Cave at the Valley Mouth, Bells Cave, Olka's Ear Cave, Old Cave, Upper Cave, Potok Cave and Tunnel in Skorocice.
At the bottom of the gorge there are meadows and pastures. The following rare plants are worth mentioning: hairy spurge, spring lovers, swamp sesleria, various-leaved sickle, and Illyrian buttercup.
The blue tourist trail from Pinczow to Wislica runs through the reserve.
