Chapel of Saints Cosmas and Damian - an Orthodox cemetery chapel in Mostowlany. It belongs to St. Apostle John the Theologian parish in Mostowlany, in Grodek decanate of Bialystok-Gdansk diocese of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church.
The chapel was erected at the end of the 18th century. Around 1840 it was moved to the Orthodox cemetery. It is a wooden, log, oriented, hall-like building, closed on a rectangle. The building has no towers, with a porch added in 1840. Tin roofs, single-pitched, with crosses.
The chapel and the cemetery were entered into the register of historical monuments on December 21, 1987, under the number A-384.
