Facts and practical information
Jewish cemetery in Jastrow - was established in the 18th century and covers an area of 0.7 ha. Despite the devastation during the Third Reich about seventy tombstones have survived to the present day, the oldest of which dates back to 1856. They are made of granite and sandstone with inscriptions in Hebrew and German. The necropolis was cleaned up in 1986 by local residents.
