St. Nicholas the Wonderworker Church is an Orthodox parish church in Topilcu. Belongs to Bialystok deanery of Bialystok-Gdansk diocese of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church.

The Orthodox parish in Topilcu, associated with the monastery in Suprasl, existed in the first half of the 16th century. After 1635 it was converted to Orthodoxy again in 1839, under the provisions of the Synod of Polotsk. The church building dates back to the years 1870-1872.
