Huta Będzin - a company located in Będzin, established in late 1889 and early 1890 as the Będzin Zinc Rolling Mill, which was then the largest manufacturer of sheet metal in the Kingdom of Poland. After the end of World War II the mill focused on processing non-ferrous metals: copper, brass and aluminum, supplying the market with pipes, rods, fittings, brass sheets and zinc white.
In liquidation from October 7, 2009 to 2014. From 2010 to 2014, it operated as a production facility of Huta Będzin Branch of Motor - Energy Sp. z o. o. In June 2014, production was definitively terminated.
The share capital was PLN 22,556,280.
Composition of the Supervisory Board : Justyna Banaczkowska, Tomasz Delowski, Elżbieta Sikora - Postel.
