Castle Garden named after the victims of Katyn and Siberia - a former private residence garden, located in the Imperial Quarter in the center of Poznań, by the northern elevation of the Imperial Castle. It was established together with the castle for Emperor Wilhelm II between Niepodległości Avenue and Fredry Street. The Rose Garden was an integral part of it. The Castle Garden used to be closed and separated from the street by wrought fences.

The garden descended from the arcaded arcade of the castle via an artificial viewing terrace. The main staircase led to the garden proper, while the side staircase led to the Rose Garden, which had a quatrefoil character and was dominated by the Fountain of the Lions, built on the model of the Alhambraini Fountain. The Castle Garden itself had the character of an intimate garden salon with a semicircular square on the castle side. The semi-circle outline was repeated by a lime avenue arranged against a background of irregularly planted trees and bushes along the fences and the mast house. The Castle Garden was separated from the Rose Garden by a wrought-iron fence and a conifer hedge. The establishment was a mirror reflection of the Mickiewicz Park, located on the other side of Niepodległości Avenue.

In 2001-2004, the entire park layout, which had not been fenced off during the communist era and had fallen into considerable neglect, was revitalized. The following plants were planted: rhododendrons and narrow-conical vigorous trees, boxwood, yews, junipers, and ivy. The optical difference between the central part of the garden and the picturesque peripheral parts was emphasized. Wrought iron fences were reconstructed and the representative character of the place was restored.

In the Castle Garden there is a Katyn Monument designed by Robert Sobociñski and a bench of Józef Kostrzewski, as well as Magdalena Abakanowicz's sculpture 5 Figures.

By Resolution No. LXXIV/1186/VI/2014 of the Council of the City of Poznań of 14 October 2014, the park was renamed Castle Garden named after the victims of Katyn and Siberia.
