St. Catherine of Alexandria Church is a historic wooden Catholic church located in Sierakowice, Gliwice County, Silesia Province. It is a filial church of Holy Trinity Parish in Rachowice in Pławniowice deanery in Gliwice diocese.
The church is located on the Trail of Wooden Architecture of the Silesian Province on the main route and in the Gliwice loop. Near the church run also: Tourist Centennial Trail, Silesian Insurgents' Trail, bicycle trail no. 15.
