Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Konstantynów Łódzki - a Roman Catholic parish church belonging to the parish of the same name. It is located at Tadeusz Kosciuszko Square.

It is a church built in neo-Gothic style in the years 1826-1832, consecrated in 1887. In 1914 the building was destroyed, it was rebuilt in 1917-1922, and in 1972-1976 and 1980 it was rebuilt. The church furnishing dates back to the mid-19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.
