PTTK Shelter "Nad Łomniczką" is a disused tourist facility located in the Karkonosze Mountains, within the Karkonosze National Park, in Lower Silesia Province. Described by the owner - the Polish Tourist Society - as a mountain tourist hostel. However, it does not provide accommodation, i.e. it does not meet the requirements for hostels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 19 August 2004 on hotel facilities and other facilities where hotel services are provided.
