Facts and practical information

Saint Anne's Church in Zaklikowo - church in Zaklikowo built of larch wood around 1580. The church was a branch of the parish in Zdziechowice. Near the church a poorhouse was built in 1581 and a parish school was established. When in 1585-1590 the Zdziechowice-Zaklikowo estate was taken over by Marcin Gniewosz, who was of Calvinist faith, St. Anne's Church became the parish priest's seat because the old parish church in Zdziechowice was turned into a Calvinist congregation. After the collapse of the Calvinist community and the burning of the church, it was the only church in the former parish of Zdziechowice. However, it did not become a parish church when the parish was re-established, this time in Zaklikowo itself. This function was taken over by a brick church of the Holy Trinity, founded by Anna, the widow of Marcin Gniewosz.

The church building has been renovated several times, including the addition of a porch and vestry in the 19th century. The last major renovation took place in 2010-2011, and it now serves as a cemetery chapel, as it is located in the local cemetery. Funeral plaques of deceased parishioners are hung on the exterior walls - a local custom dating back to the January Uprising.
