Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Kędzierzyn-Koźle - a branch church of the Roman Catholic parish of St. Sigismund and St. Jadwiga Śląska in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Opole Province, belonging to the Koźle deanery of the Diocese of Opole, with the status of a historic building, which was built between 1751-1753 of brick, in the Baroque style. The facade with the main entrance is situated from the side of Wojciech Czerwiński Street.
