Church of Sts. Kosma and Damian - a former Lemko Greek Catholic parish church, located in Krempna, built in 1778-1782.

After 1947 it was taken over by the Roman Catholic Church. Currently it is used as a filial church of the parish of St. Maximilian Kolbe in Krempna.

The object was inscribed on the list of monuments in 1985 and included in the Podkarpackie Wooden Architecture Route. It belongs to the typical sacral buildings erected in the Western Lemko region.
