Dormition of the Holy Mother of God Church is an Orthodox cemetery church in Lodz, Poland. It belongs to the parish of St. Alexander Nevsky in Lodz, in the Decanate of Lodz of the Diocese of Lodz-Poznan of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church.
Located on Telefoniczna 4 in Lodz, in the Orthodox part of the Doły cemetery. Built of brick in 1904, designed by Franciszek Chełmiński. It was entered into the register of monuments on 20 December 1983 under the number A/293.
In 2020, the interior of the church was repaired and some of the furnishings were replaced, including the altar, żertwiennik, and analogions.
