Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Horyniec-Zdrój - a former parish Greek Catholic church, built in 1818 in Horyniec-Zdrój.

After the expulsion of the Ukrainian population after 1947 the church was taken over by the Roman Catholic Church. Currently it is used as a branch church of Blessed Jakub Strzemię parish in Horyniec-Zdrój.
