Church of the Transfiguration in Osiek Jasielski - Roman Catholic church, former parish church of the Transfiguration of the Lord, erected around 1419.

The church is an exceptional example of basilica solution in the wooden sacral architecture. It is one of the oldest wooden churches in Poland.

The temple is located on the wooden architecture trail of Podkarpackie province.
