Even before May 1945 the same building was used by the same denomination. After 1945 the Baptist community in Gorzow consisted of representatives of German, Ukrainian and Polish ethnic groups.

In a reorganization, a post-Baptist, neo-Pentecostal "Hosanna" church emerged from the church.
