Penha Garcia Castle is located in the parish of Penha Garcia, Municipality of Idanha-a-Nova, District of Castelo Branco, in Portugal.
This castle, in a dominant position in the Serra do Ramiro, overlooks the valley of the river Pônsul, on the southern slope of the Serra de Penha Garcia, a branch of the Serra da Malcata. From the remains of its walls one can enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside up to the Feitoso valley with its dam.
