25 Fontes Falls
The 25 Fontes is a group of waterfalls located in Rabaçal, Paul da Serra on Madeira Island. Access is possible via the Levada das 25 Fontes.
Pico Ruivo
Madeira Island's highest mountain Pico Ruivo is the highest peak on Madeira Island. It can be reached only by foot, usually either from Pico do Arieiro after a strenuous hike, or from Achada do Teixeira via a shorter, easier trail. There is an additional trail leading west to Encumeada.
Pico das Torres
Tall peak with a trail to the summit Pico das Torres is the second highest peak on the Atlantic island of Madeira, Portugal. It lies roughly midway between the Pico Ruivo and Pico do Arieiro at an elevation of 1,853 metres and is only accessible from the trail between these two peaks.
Risco
The Risco Waterfall is a group of waterfalls located in Rabaçal, Paul da Serra, in the Madeira Islands. The waterfall is 100m high, consisting of a group of different water streams coming vertically down the mountainside. At its foot there are rocks covered in small plants and a small natural pool.

Laurel forest, also called laurisilva or laurissilva, is a type of subtropical forest found in areas with high humidity and relatively stable, mild temperatures. The forest is characterized by broadleaf tree species with evergreen, glossy and elongated leaves, known as "laurophyll" or "lauroid".
