Facts and practical information
The Fialho Palace is a "remarkable" two-story Faro building with attic waters and is located near the Ermida de Santo António do Alto. At the request of the industrialist João Júdice Fialho, the architect Manuel Norte Júnior conceived an architectural project revivalist of French classical art. The works began in 1915, but were only completed in 1925. In 1954 it was acquired by the Diocese of the Algarve, and since that time the Colégio de Nossa Senhora do Alto has functioned there.
