Khabarovsk State Circus is a circus in Khabarovsk.
Mobile circus-chapito in Khabarovsk worked since the beginning of the XX century. Since the 1930s and until the end of the 1950s the circus was located near Lenin Square. With the construction of the main building of the Khabarovsk Medical Institute, the circus moved to Lev Tolstoy Street.
The new 1,300-seat Khabarovsk Circus building was built in 2001 in Yuri Gagarin Park.
In the 1950s, a park was laid out in the Industrialny district of Khabarovsk. Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin, visiting the Far East, planted a Kuril larch tree in the park. Later the park was named after the first cosmonaut. The circus building was built near the historical tree. The park named after Yuri Gagarin was reconstructed, it acquired a children's orientation.
