The Izhboldinykh Trading House is an architectural and urban planning monument of local importance, located in the Leninsky District of Perm, at the corner of Osinskaya and Petropavlovskaya Streets.

Before the revolution, it was home to a store and the house of the Izhboldin brothers, merchants engaged in manufactory trade. Izhboldin's trading house was built in 1910, presumably according to the design of A. B. Turchhevich, in the Art Nouveau style. During Soviet times various cultural institutions were located here: houses of culture, theaters, etc. Since 1991 in this building is located the Regional Center of Artistic creativity of students "Rostok".
