Marfino is a noble estate near Moscow, located 25 km from the Moscow Ring Road, in the village of the same name in Mytishchi district of Fedoskinskoe rural settlement, on the high bank of the river Ucha. In the XVIII-XX centuries. belonged to the Golitsyns, Saltykov, Orlov and Panin. It obtained its typical pseudo-Gothic appearance in the middle of the 19th century thanks to the efforts of Countess Sofia Panina and the architect Mikhail Bykovsky.

Currently, the estate is occupied by the Marfinsky Sanatorium of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The estate is open to free visits with non-commercial purposes.
