The Huerto de Calisto y Melibea is a garden of 2,500 square meters located in the old town of the city of Salamanca. It is named for being inspired by the famous garden of the tragicomedy of Calisto and Melibea by Fernando de Rojas. It is located on the slope of the old wall of Salamanca at the foot of the Tormes River. Nowadays it is a park that can be visited with a romantic character due to the love story of the characters in love in the play by Fernando de Rojas: Calixto and Melibea. It was inaugurated on June 12th 1981.
