Torrelamata beach is a sandy beach in the hamlet of Torrelamata, municipality of Torrevieja in the province of Alicante.
This beach limits to the north with the Torre de La Mata beach and to the south with Cabo Cervera and has a length of 2,362 m, with a width of 47 m.
It is located in a semi-urban environment, having access by street. It has a promenade and parking delimited. It has access for the disabled. It is a buoyed beach, with a buoyed area for the exit of boats. It has 14 beach bars, 8 volleyball courts and 1 beach football. It is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and has the Qualitur and Blue Flag awards.
The urbanization on this beach began in 1967 when a group of Swedes built in the vicinity of Cape Cervera a housing development called "Lomas del Mar", which made the beach popularly known as "beach of the Swedes".
Part of the beach borders the Molino del Agua Park, which has been declared a protected area.
