The urban sculpture known as The Return of Williams B. Arrensberg, located in Porlier Square, in the city of Oviedo, Principality of Asturias, Spain, is one of more than a hundred that adorn the streets of the aforementioned Spanish city.
The urban landscape of this city is adorned by sculptural works, generally commemorative monuments dedicated to important people at first, and more purely artistic since the late twentieth century.
The sculpture, made in bronze, is the work of Eduardo Úrculo, and is dated 1993. This sculpture is popularly known as El viajero, as it represents the figure of a traveller. The set represents a man standing, wearing a brimmed hat and coat, surrounded by several suitcases, against which rests an umbrella, as if he had just arrived in the city. The life-size ensemble is resting directly on the ground of the street, without a pedestal.
The sculpture was made by Eduardo Úrculo, portraying his friend Williams B. Arrensberg.
