Iglesia Parroquial de la Asunción, Vistabella del Maestrat

The Parish Church of the Assumption of Our Lady of Vistabella del Maestrazgo is located at the end of the main street where the church square opens. It is one of the best temples of a long architectural episode that developed in Valencian architecture from the end of the 16th century to the middle of the 17th century, and of which the parish churches of Vilafranca, Trasguera, La Jana, Xert, Canet lo Roig, among others, are good examples. In all of them the Renaissance language and order is combined with constructive solutions of Gothic tradition, such as the vault of growth.
