El Carbayón is the name given to a hundred-year-old oak tree that was located in Calle de Uría in Oviedo, Asturias. This tree, due to its size and size, was of enormous symbolic importance for the city, and has given rise to the official name of the Oventenses, also called carbayones by this tree.
