The church of San Miguel de Mahamud is a parish temple of Catholic worship whose construction period spans five centuries, from the XIV to the XVIII, although the Gothic style predominates widely. Its most outstanding element is the main altarpiece, a grandiose Renaissance work executed by the artist Domingo de Amberes in the 16th century. This church is of Cultural Interest with category of Historic-Artistic Monument of national interest since 1983.
