The Acclimatization Garden of La Orotava, also called the Botanical Garden of Puerto de la Cruz, or usually as El Botánico, is a botanical garden located in Puerto de la Cruz, on the Canary Island of Tenerife. The name Jardín de Aclimatación de La Orotava comes from the fact that in the past Puerto de la Cruz belonged to the municipality of La Orotava and was known as Puerto de La Orotava. The original name has been preserved, which sometimes leads to confusion about its location.
