The statue of Indíbil and Mandonio is a bronze sculptural group that is located in the Agelet and Garriga square in Lérida, under the Arch of the Bridge, the old entrance to the city that connects the Main Street with the Old Bridge. The warriors, armed with chains, a spear and a falcata, represent the two Ilergite warlords who defended Lerida from the attacks of the Carthaginians and the Romans and who, thanks to their fights and successful negotiations, prevented the city from being razed to the ground.
