Erlandergården

Erlandergården is a personal museum in Ransäter in the municipality of Munkfors, Sweden.
The theme of the museum is former Prime Minister Tage Erlander. It is a three-storey building. When Tage Erlander was a child, he lived with his family on the second floor and attended elementary school on the first floor, where the elementary school had its premises and his father was an elementary school teacher.
The part of the museum that is a school museum was opened on 13 June 1987 by the then Prime Minister Ingvar Carlsson.The museum in Tage Erlander's home was opened by his son Sven Erlander on 13 June 1990.
Erlandergården is today run by a foundation consisting of members of the Erlander family.
