Beredskapsmuseet in Djuramossa between Helsingborg and Viken is Sweden's only museum in an underground defence facility from World War II, Batteri Helsingborg, a fixed coastal artillery battery. The museum was opened on 30 June 1997 and is privately run. The museum also manages and exhibits 18 Skåne Line shields.
