August 23 Memorial Park, customarily known as "Park No. 4", also known as "Zhonghe Park", is located in the Zhonghe District of New Taipei City, Taiwan, between Anle Li, Zhongan Street and Anping Road, the northeast corner and adjacent to Yongzhen Road, is the seat of the National Taiwan Library, an area of 11 hectares, the entire area is located in the Zhonghe District, and in addition to the southwest side, the periphery is also adjacent to or close to the Yonghe District, is currently the largest park in the Shuanghe District, known as the "lungs of Shuanghe". It is currently the largest park in the Shuangwa area and is called the "Lung of Shuangwa".
