Museum-carriage of the plague of the UNR and ZUNR, also Petlyurian carriage - located next to the building of the Fastivsky railway station.
The director of the museum is Eduard Mondzelevsky, historian, head of the Fastivskiy municipal center "Prosvita" named after Taras Shevchenko.
The museum depicts the historic period when Ukraine in December 1918 signed the Act of Separation of the Ukrainian People's Republic and the Western Ukrainian People's Republic. This event took place at the Fastiv railway station.
Entrance to the museum is free.
