Arabat Fortress

The Arabat Fortress, a historical gem nestled in the southern part of Ukraine, stands as a testament to the region's tumultuous past. This medieval castle, although not as renowned as other European fortresses, offers a unique glimpse into the defensive architecture of the time.

Built in the 17th century, Arabat Fortress was strategically positioned to guard the narrow Arabat Spit that separates the Azov Sea from the Sivash, a series of shallow bays.
