The great synagogue in Brody - is the most original sacred monument in this city. It was created from 1742 on the place of the previous wooden from the 16th century, burned in the 1990s, as a building on a square throw with large windows and high attic in the form of a two -story, arcade hairstyle. The interior with a vault supported on four columns is completely devoid of wooden decor. According to the census from 1826, there were eight synagogues in Brody, including two wooden ones. The synagogue is unused and falls into ruin.
