ESKI KERMEN- of caves had defensive or sacred functions. The ruins of the thirty -large basilica of 24x13 m from the end of the 6th century. Much extensive at the end of the 11th century. A well complex from the 6th century. Complex of 6 sections of stairs with small platforms, built to pass the porters and the final corridor of 20 m long leading to a natural cave, in which water accumulated. The well operated until the end of VII in CE. Several churches carved in rocks in the 12th and 13th century with numerous frescoes.
