Grafskaya Wharf is a monument of history and architecture in Sevastopol. It is located on the west coast of the Pivdennaya Bay, on the Nakhimov Square. The pier is named after Count M.I. Voinovich, the commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Empire in the 1786-1790s, who mooring here, coming from his farm on the Pivnichnichnaya side. The official name of the pier - Kateryninska - was small. In 1925 Katerininka pier was renamed to pier III International. In the 1990s they gave back its historical name.
