Berezhany is a city in Ternopil Raion, Ternopil Oblast of western Ukraine. It lies about 50 km from the oblast capital, Ternopil. The city is about 400 m above sea level. The yearly temperature in Berezhany ranges from −35 °C in winter to 40 °C in summer. Berezhany hosts the administration of Berezhany urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine.
