It was built in 1831 and is a two-story, red brick building with a basement and attic, in the Greek Revival style. It has a gable roof with a rooftop belfry with square columns, spindle balustrade, and slate covered hipped roof. It is currently used as the Commissioner of Jurors Office. ()
