It includes 9 contributing buildings. The buildings and their additions were built between 1883 and 1946. They are characterized as simple brick industrial buildings with shallow gable and parapet roofs. They housed a manufacturer of bed springs, mouse and rat traps, wringers, and dryers, and include a foundry and machine shop and a sports gear outlet as a cricket ball exists that is "Indian made" but branded "Lovell PA EERIE" on the reverse, it is in a private collection in Australia.
