Congregation Aish Kodesh
Congregation Aish Kodesh is an Orthodox synagogue in Woodmere, New York. Led since its founding in 1992 by Rabbi Moshe Weinberger, the synagogue was named after the Piaseczna Rav, Rabbi Kalonymus Kalman Shapira, known by the name of his last work, Aish Kodesh, who was a leading Polish Hasidic rabbi in prewar Europe.
Temple Beth-El
Temple Beth-El is a Reform synagogue at 5 Old Mill Road in Great Neck, New York. Founded in 1928, it is the oldest synagogue in Great Neck. As of 2009, it had a membership of 875 families. Since 2009, the senior rabbis have been a married couple: Meir and Tara Feldman.
